In this Sendible analysis, we'll go into the good, bad, and awful of this awesome social media management platform. 

However, before that... 

...remember when social media meant nothing more than “creating a MySpace page”? 

It was so easy... 

You now have to turn between Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, Instagram, and whatever else you can think about.

When you have accounts for several websites or customers, staying on top of what's going on can be a nightmare. 

Sendible is a social media optimization app that helps to make your life easier.

It offers a single interface for all of your social networks (as well as all of your other web resources or clients!). This means less time spent and more efficient work, which is particularly important for agencies and contractors who have several accounts to handle for each network. 

I'll give you a hands-on look at how Sendible works in this article, as well as my opinions on what's nice and what's not.



Sendible Review: What Does It Really Do? 


Sendible lets you keep track of all of your social media profiles and assets in one location. 

Okay, “all aspects” is a bit of a stretch... 

So, what exactly does that imply? 

Sendible assists you by providing a single cohesive gui that allows you to: 

  • Interact with consumers and keep on top of the most important discussions.
  • Build and plan social media posts on all channels. 
  • Find new stuff that your fans will love. 
  • For relevant keywords and subjects, keep an eye on the content and sentiment. 
  • Measure the effectiveness of the activities with a detailed analytics interface that includes a personalized report creator.

Since there is so much flexibility here, I'll start by showing you how it functions. Then I'll get through my Sendible analysis and discuss its benefits and drawbacks.

How To Use Sendible To Manage Your Social Media Efforts 


Sendible Will prompt you to add your social media accounts right away after you first sign up.

The protocol is straightforward: you merely need to allow the Sendible app to connect to your account, as you would with any other app. 

What's cool is that after you approve the program, Sendible provides you with another popup where you can manage how the account works. You can also choose the kind of updates you want to receive.

Then, for and social media site you wish to link, simply reverse the procedure. 

After that, you should pick particular subjects that you discuss often. Sendible can recommend appropriate material for you to curate as a result of this (more on this later)

That's it; you're now ready to use the App! 


Getting to Know the Sendible Dashboard 


Six main tabs are available on the Sendible dashboard to assist you in managing your social media efforts: 

  • Engage - Interact with users and refer to their feedback (either for your accounts or topics). 
  • Track – keep a close eye on keywords or rivals. 
  • Content - Creating and scheduling your content.
  • Contacts – equivalent to a CRM for social media apps. This isn't discussed in detail in this Sendible analysis, but it's available if you're interested. 
  • Measure - Analyze your efforts by measuring them. 
  • Service - Link new social media pages using services.

But there's a lot going on in each page, so let's dive a little deeper into your options... 


With your Priority Inbox, you can keep an eye on the most important stuff 


Your Priority Inbox is located under the Engage tab. This is the section where "relevant messages that you may need to see and respond to" are shown. 

It's essentially your control panel, and that's a pretty decent definition.

Sendible can show all of your important messages in this interface until you connect your social media. However, you can further configure your inbox by creating your own "streams"


A "stream" can be almost anything. You should, for example, keep an eye on Twitter: 

  1. Search
  2. Streaming (home timeline, mentions, DMs, etc) 
  3. Lists
  4. Searching for a profile

You should also keep an eye on Facebook accounts, profiles, and communities. Then there's a lot more. 

You can see the most relevant messages by clicking the Inbox button, and you can also see each specific stream by clicking on the right side after you've set up your streams. 

You'll notice that by clicking the icons, you can easily communicate with individual blogs, resulting in a very smooth workflow.


Content Creation and Scheduling 


Sendible makes it easy to share content with your fans, either right away or later. 

First, there's the Compose tab, which is still present in the top-right corner. While this window appears to be easy, it contains some useful time-saving features:

1 – As you type your post content in the Original box, Sendible copies your message to and social network where you want to share it. Instead of trying to retype everything, you can toggle over to each network and configure the initial message for each network. This saves you time by allowing you to adapt your messages to specific networks.

2 – These five buttons enable you to quickly plan posts in advance, queue them, add URL parameters for monitoring, and pull in content to share. 

You can also build recurring calendars with regular end dates, which is a time-saving feature for material that you know you'll want to share again. Simply write once, plan it, and Sendible will take care of the rest.

You will display the upcoming material as a calendar or a queue after you've scheduled it.


Sendible will also assist you in finding material


Sendible not only assists you in generating content, but it also assists you in finding content that is worthy of sharing in the first place. 

As you can see, you need to keep your social media accounts full of important information. However, finding the content can be difficult, particularly if you have several properties to manage. That's why there's a Content tab. 

You will do the following things here:

  • Using Sendible's auto-suggestions to your benefit. 
  • Keep an eye on individual website's content streams. 
  • Save your own content to use in future posts (this is particularly useful if you have evergreen content that you'll want to revisit again and again).

Let's presume you're searching for WordPress material to share with your Twitter followers. Simply go to the Information tab and type in WordPress. Then you can easily curate a selection of articles

You may also add Feeds to specific websites that you curate. Then, with a click of a button, you can share their most recent content, or set up an autopost to share content from that feed automatically


Track Keywords And Competitors (Social Listening) 


To keep on top of the discussions that matter, you need to know what's going on on social media. But you can't do that by scanning feeds all day, can you? 

You can use Sendible's Monitor function to save time. 

You will set up automated tracking for the following items here: 

  • On social media, unique keywords 
  • Sites that offer reviews (like Yelp, Trip Advisor..)

If you set up keyword monitoring for "KeywordsDTR" for example, you'll be able to see any article that references KeywordsDTR.

However, that isn't the most critical function. What's more, here's what's actually useful

You will filter out the following elements using the Filter by category drop-down menu:

  • Mentions that are positive, neutral, or negative 
  • Content forms that are specific 
  • Inquiries 
  • And so on.

If you choose only Negative content, for example, you will see a number of negative posts (I had to turn to the “freelance” keyword because KeywordsDTR does not have any negative content 

Knowing not just what people are doing, but also how they are doing it, helps you to easily find challenges or see where you are improving (hopefully the latter!). 

Finally, the Show Map drop-down is a valuable function. Expand a pie/bar map to see the overview of positive, negative, and neutral posts with a given keyword


Measuring the Success of Your Efforts 


Finally, the Measure tab contains a wide range of reports that will help you understand how you're doing across all of your various networks. 

You can pick from the pre-built reports in the Reports Hub if you only want a short look

However, whether you're dealing with clients or just want a more personalized perspective, you may want to produce a custom report tailored to KPIs. 

You can do this by using the Report Creator to generate a custom modular report. To pick all of the various modules you wish to use, simply press the Plus icon




Sendible Has Four Advantages That You Can Appreciate 


Now that you know how to use Sendible to simplify the social networking workflows, let's glance through some of the places where it excels...or fails miserably. 


1. Extensive Functionality


First and foremost, you'll adore Sendible's all-in-one solution. It's designed to do everything.

Sendible will assist you in communicating with consumers, arranging new content, and tracking critical topics. 


And the accessibility of both of those fields is comprehensive. Right now, I'm seeking new functionality in the interface. When you use the app, you'll have those same "aha!" moments. 


2. A Emphasis on Productivity


Sendible does an excellent job of not only including a wealth of features, but also ensuring that you can make the most of them. 

The following are few strong explanations of this philosophy in action: 

  • Quick-action buttons for each object in your inbox, as well as logging, content, and other features. You can use these buttons to answer rapidly, generate new content, and perform other useful tasks. 
  • The compose window. It's a huge time saver to be able to type your message once and then quickly tailor it for each person network.

There are many resources available to assist you in monitoring a given keyword on social media. However, Sendible's positive/negative/neutral sentiment analysis makes it easier to sort out the most relevant content. 

It's also useful to be able to limit the search to just questions (because, after all, questions are the comments that most likely need a response).


5. One Factor to Think About Before Choosing Sendible 


Sendible's service could be higher compared to other SaaS resources I've used. It's difficult to reach a live chat agent in non-standard time zones, and the support content isn't as comprehensive as I'd like. 

Sendible, for example, guarantees a 48-hour answer time for tickets, which I feel is excessively long.

This isn't a big dealbreaker because you won't need to connect with Sendible's help too much. However, if you're used to 24/7 support from other SaaS resources, it's something to think about. 


Sendible Pricing


The Micro plan in Sendible's pricing starts at just $29 a month. There are 12 providers and 1 person on this package. 

From there, the following plans are developed:

  • Small – $99 for 48 services  a month 
  • Medium – $199 for 105 services a month 
  • Large – $299 for 192 services a month 

It's vital to describe a "service" in order to comprehend pricing. According to Sendible, it's a "one-way contact with every Social Network." It isn't a connection to a single account. Posting and streaming to a single Twitter account, for example, are both two different platforms.

Be sure to have this in mind while you choose a schedule. 

But don't get too worked up over the disparity right now. You will quickly find out how many programs you'll need before costing money because Sendible provides a 30-day free trial. 



Conclusion


Sendible is a social media management tool that does it for you. It's a tool that combines content curation/management, social listening, and measurement into one. 

You will usually find a better tool if what you need is anything to help you plan your content (e.g. Buffer). 

Sendible, on the other hand, is a perfect way to save time and automate the workflows if you're looking for an all-in-one solution.
